Technology designed for real inclusion

A(I)BILITIES – Generative Artificial Intelligence for Personalized Interactive Solutions for Users with Disabilities is an innovative project that leverages generative artificial intelligence to create digital interfaces that automatically adapt to the needs of users with motor or sensory disabilities. The developed solutions transform digital accessibility into a more intuitive, personalized, and inclusive experience.

The platform allows the configuration of a personal profile based on individual abilities and preferences, and the technology automatically adapts the interfaces—either through an invisible layer over existing applications or by integrating into new applications via a dedicated SDK.

The project is developed by ASSIST Software and “Ștefan cel Mare” University of Suceava (MintViz Lab) and is funded through the PN-IV national research program, with validation at TRL6 level.

Development of the A(I)BILITIES technology and validation at TRL6 level for the automatic generation of accessibility solutions by adapting digital device interfaces to the individual abilities of users.

Cloud platform for personalized access

Integration and demonstration of the A(I)BILITIES technology as a cloud-based platform validated at TRL6 level, to enable equitable access to personalized solutions for users with disabilities.

Sustainable impact through dissemination and collaboration

Ensuring the sustainability of the project results and its continuity through effective dissemination in the scientific community, industry, organizations for people with disabilities, and the general public.
